Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the rules for booking, rescheduling, cancelling, and refunding sessions on Manntara.
By booking a session on Manntara, you agree to this policy.
Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance through Manntara or its authorized channels.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm a session.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your session depending on the notice provided:
- If you request rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, it will be done at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- If you request rescheduling within 24 hours, it may be treated as a new booking and additional payment may be required.
Cancellation by User
If you cancel your session:
- At least 24 hours before the session: You are eligible for either a full refund or a session credit.
- Within 24 hours of the session: No refund will be provided.
No-Show Policy
A session will be considered a "no-show" if you do not join within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
In such cases:
- The session will be considered completed.
- No refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Late Arrival
If you join a session late:
- The session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
- Additional time will not be guaranteed.
- No partial refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Professional
If a session is cancelled by the assigned professional:
- You will be offered the option to reschedule, receive a session credit, or request a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Technical Issues
If a session is disrupted due to technical issues from Manntara's side or the professional's side:
- The session may be rescheduled, or
- A refund or partial credit may be provided.
Each case will be reviewed fairly.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.
Session Packages
If you purchase multiple sessions as part of a package:
- Refunds will be provided only for the unused portion.
- Free or bonus sessions will be considered only after paid sessions are completed.
Misuse of Policy
Manntara reserves the right to limit or deny refunds or rescheduling in cases of repeated cancellations, misuse, or suspicious activity.
Payment Issues and Disputes
In case of payment failures, duplicate payments, or technical errors, users must contact us within a reasonable time.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
Platform Limitation
Manntara acts as a platform connecting users with independent professionals. Manntara is not responsible for therapy outcomes or user decisions.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be effective once published on our platform.
